Floater Teacher
Infant Teacher Responsibilities:
- Provide nurturing, responsive care for infants
- Maintain a safe and loving classroom environment
- Follow daily schedules and implement planned activities
- Track feedings, diaper changes, and developmental milestones
- Communicate effectively with parents
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization
Floater Responsibilities:
- Support multiple classrooms as needed
- Assist lead teachers with planned activities
- Supervise children at all times
- Help with transitions, meals, outdoor play, and cleaning
- Maintain flexibility and a positive attitude

The Astounding Academy is a learning establishment that provides premier high quality early education and childhood experiences for children and their families. Our leadership team and school staff partner with our parents to help their child develop a solid learning foundation that they can use throughout their life.
